LinkUp received a nice mention on CBS News last week.
LinkUp, one of the fastest growing job search engines on the web, indexes jobs that are only found on company websites. We do not aggregate jobs from other job boards and we do not allow anyone to post jobs directly to the site. As a result of this completely unique approach to job listings online, LinkUp has eliminated scams jobs, phishing jobs, work-at-home scams, ‘money mule’ listings, and other garbage listings that pollute other job boards and aggregation sites like Indeed and Simplyhired that republish listings from job boards. And because we update the search engine every night, the jobs on LinkUp are always current. Finally, we do not collect any personal information from job seekers other than an opt-in email address that allows job seekers to save searches and receive job alerts via email. When a job seeker applies to a job that was found on LinkUp, they are applying straight into the employer’s applicant tracking system (ATS). There is no middle-man in the process, and no risk that data is being collected or resold to generate ‘lead-gen’ revenue (like many, many job sites).
As we say at LinkUp: Always Current, Often Unadvertised, and Never Fake.
No wonder that Jody Rohlena, Senior Editor at Consumer Report’s ShopSmart Magazine, stated that “LinkUp is Huge.”
